Brief description of the work:

Evolution of physical properties of materials under high pressure (up
to more than 1 Mbar) and/or high temperature conditions.
In particular metallisation processes in semi-conductor materials (IV,
III-V,II-VI and III-VI semiconductors)or molecular solids (bromine).
At present I am starting to work on the liquid phases of semiconductor alloys
under high pressure.
