Brief description of the work:

Using mainly fluorescence XAFS,the roles of small additives which drastically changes alloy properties are investigated. At the present time we focus attention to the roles of small additives(Zr,Ga) on the evolution of magnetic anisotropy of Nd2Fe14B in the HDDR process.
